No. The registration is FREE.
Do you need a business plan, an executive summary and a presentation deck?
Yes. You need those first three vital documents ready for Inhite to review. We need to see your vision on paper, per se, mapping its direction and showing values to grow the business for a sustainable and profitable opportunity toward an exit strategy.
What should you prepare for?
You must have a clear business opportunity with realistic financial forecasts, including pre-seed and seed stage activities and results.
What are our services?
Inhite provides business planning and capital development consulting to client companies. We do not provide investment advice and no information or material on the Site is to be relied upon for the purpose of making investment or other decisions. Due diligence are done by you as deem appropriate.
Could you get references from business partners that Inhite has worked with?
At the appropriate time in the qualifying process we can provide references that you can contact. We will also be asking for your references as well.
Does Inhite sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)?
Typically, Inhite does not maintain the practice of signing NDAs for each submission received. Inhite works with non-confidential information to initially establish an understanding of the opportunity, and discourages the use of formal NDAs.
Does Inhite keep your information confidential?
Yes. Inhite does not disclose your confidential information. It is important that you do not disclose confidential information with Inhite or anyone, and surely you would need to be careful and selective of what you reveal. Any information made public is not confidential information.
Does Inhite make loans or give grants?
No. Inhite does not provide loans nor grants. Inhite has strategic funding partners and our funding is $3B USD completing 200+ investments worldwide.
Does Inhite make investments?
It depends on the case. Inhite would need to know how much funding has been invested, and how much revenues have been recurring annually. Then, the process requires a thorough evaluation of the opportunity and continue to build the relationships to determine the fit and match.
Are you guaranteed for funding?
No. Inhite can never guarantee funding for any entities and or individuals. We will work with our investor network to review your business. If your business is growing: sustainable and profitable, you would have a chance with an investor. If your plan has any doubts along the process, we would likely cease the work at the time and reject the opportunity.
