Background
Carl is the Managing Principal and President of Inhite, Inc and has honed his skills for more than 15 years in the evaluation of technology companies for investments and growth strategies: IPO, M&A and JVA. Carl has an extensive background in R&D, innovation, product development in the software and hardware industries. His expertise includes dealing with product innovation and product development lifecycle management, engineering and market research, risk analysis and global sales penetration. Carl has worked at Breed Automotive (NASDAQ: BDT), Henkel Loctite (XETRA: HEN3), and Soft Computer Consultant, where he had the opportunity to work with customers such as Intel, AMD, Motorola, Ford, Visteon, General Motors, Delphi, TRW, Hewlett Packard, Western Digital, Lockheed Martin and many others.
Carl takes an active role in evaluating and selecting client companies, and working with them through the growth stages. Carl has worked with business leaders at Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley, Detroit, and New England, and has had significant exposure to global markets in China, Japan, India, Vietnam and Canada. Carl’s experience includes engineering, technical sales and senior management in the software, automotive, specialty chemical, electronics and semiconductor industries, where he successfully managed and directed multi-disciplinary, multi-lingual, global teams. Carl enjoys bringing his experience and expertise to bear by working with early-stage growth technology companies. Carl´s insight and skills in commercialization, including corporate and capital development and venture capital, allow him to quickly assess the current state of a company and its market opportunity. Carl has worked with several startups and early-stage companies.

Background
Howard is a seasoned corporate development and strategy professional with over 20 years experience in analyzing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating, and consummating a wide variety of business transactions. His experience includes first-chair management of over 30 consummated transactions of private and public companies ranging to hundreds of millions of dollars on 4 continents, several joint ventures, over a dozen venture capital investments in the US and Europe, as well as a large number of licensing agreements, joint marketing arrangements, and other forms of strategic alliance. He has the proven capability to manage complex, multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-location projects and to complete them on time, on budget, and without subsequent surprises. Howard has served on the board of directors of several early-stage and start up companies.
Howard has worked in various industries, corporate cultures, and global locations. He began his corporate career in the legal department of Mohasco Corporation, which at that time was a NYSE listed Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest home furnishings business. Howard moved into corporate development at AMP Incorporated (now Tyco Electronics), the world’s largest manufacturer of electrical, electronic, and optical interconnection devices, where his experience included 3 years in England heading AMP’s corporate development efforts in Europe, Middle East & Africa. Howard has also served as Vice President, M&A, for Textron Automotive Company, a $3 Billion subsidiary of Textron, Inc. (NYSE: TXT) and as Senior Director, Corporate Development, for Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE: JBL), a leading Tier 1 electronic manufacturing services company.
